University of Georgia School of Law professor Christopher M. Bruner published his article titled “Developments and Debates on Corporate Sustainability in the US” in the journal European Company Case Law (ECCL). The article is based on the keynote address that Bruner presented at ECCL’s May 2024 symposium, held at Ghent University Law School in Belgium.

Christopher M. Bruner is the Stembler Family Distinguished Professor in Business Law at the University of Georgia School of Law and serves as a faculty co-director of the Dean Rusk International Law Center.
